Hello. My name is Vera, and I made something for people who have quit a habit app and quietly miss having somewhere to put their progress. It is called Cairn, and it lives in Telegram, so there is nothing to install and nothing new to learn. You open it, you tell it one goal, and that is the whole setup.
What happens after that is small and steady. It asks one plain question at the hour you chose, never more than once a day. You answer with a short note, text or voice, whenever you feel like it. Some weeks you write every day. Some weeks you write nothing at all, and nothing happens, because there is no streak here to break.
Every Sunday it writes you a letter about your own week. What moved. What stalled. What it noticed in the words you actually used. It ends with one small next step, and you can approve it, edit it, or throw it out. Throwing it out costs nothing, and happens more often than you would think, because some weeks the honest move is rest.

Here is the part that matters most to me. The letter stays honest even when the week was not. If you wrote on four days and two of those days you were tired, that is what it says. It does not inflate anything, and it does not scold you either. It has no interest in you feeling bad, because guilt is what made you quit the last app, and I am not going to sell it back to you.
What the Sunday letter looks like, more or less:
You wrote on four days, and two of those days you were tired.
The proposal moved on Tuesday and stalled on Wednesday. You noticed the pattern yourself: it stalls on the days you start with messages.
One win worth keeping. The walk happened twice, and both times you counted it as nothing. It was not nothing.
The promises here are rules, not marketing. They are how the thing is built, and they do not bend for growth meetings.
It is not for everyone. If you want something that yells at you until you move, this will feel soft, and you should keep looking. If you want therapy, this is not that, and it will never pretend to be. If you are carrying something heavy right now, please talk to a person who is trained to help you. In the US you can call or text 988, and anywhere else, your local crisis line. Reaching out to one is a strength, not a failure.
But if you have a goal that matters, and you keep circling it, and what you have been missing is not discipline but being taken seriously, then this was made for you.
Free while it is early. One private chat, yours alone.
